Just to let you know a bit about me, I received my 200-hour Yoga certification back in 2019. Since then I have instructed my yoga classes in various places. My very inspirational Hatha flows have assisted me to grow like a vine! – attracting and magnifying my yogis of all ages to be present with me on their mats, believing in themselves, most importantly! My vision, my secret, my dream is now here at my absolutely breathtaking, hot yoga studio in Delray Beach.

Yoga Rocks

Within Yoga offers Hatha Yoga which is a sequence of asanas or poses that continuously flow together. This flowing style of yoga involves asanas that are synced together with controlled-concious breathing techniques. Asanas in this flow are held for a longer period of time which gives you a deeper stretch. In addition to poses and breathing, meditation is also incorporated in the beginning and the end of each class.

It is as difficult as you want it to be. Whatever is comfortable for you is most important. You do what you want to do. The classes at Within Yoga are satisfactory for all.
